Shipping & Returns

Your order will be processed within 14 days of receipt in our order system. You will be notified via email of your shipping date. Your credit card will not be charged until product is ready for shipping, if we encounter any problems with your credit card you will be notified via email.

2. Shipping Locations:

Please note that we currently only ship to the United States, Hawaii & Alaska: Additional Charges may apply and will be assesed accordingly after initial order. We do not normally ship to Canada or other foreign countries, please email us for special arrangements to these locations. All orders require a physical address, we cannot ship to P O Box addresses. All sales regardless of destination must be paid for in USD (U.S. Dollars).

Normally all shipments ship via FedEx Ground: however the shipping carrier of our choice will be used on every shipment. Rush orders may be able to ship FedEx Express: however the cost is substantial and will be re-quoted before shipping your order.

4. Shipping and Handling Charges

All items are professionally packaged for safe arrival as part of the shipping price. All shipping charges are based on a table. When you are in the check out area you will have access to a button that will allow you to see what your shipping charges will be.

5. Returns and Exchanges:

Returns are accepted only for exchange due to goods damaged in shipping or defective products. No other returns of refunds will be made. Shipping and Return costs are not refundable. We do not use Fedex pickup service for returned merchandise. No local pickups.
